Development cooperation and performance management

The founding partners of Beyond Intent have backgrounds in development cooperation. Core skills include development evaluation and advisory in planning and monitoring, and organisational development towards results-based management. It also includes experiences with performance measurement and the use of data driven and qualitative information in management and decision-making. Please find examples below. 

”Huron”

In 2019 Beyond Intent carried out the evaluation of Sweden’s support of Liberia's WTO accession process through cooperation with the Swedish National Board of Trade and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

”Baikal”

A Swedish NGO with operations in about ten countries received support from Beyond Intent in assessing and creating a structure for risk management for partners. Beyond Intent also completed an analysis of the organization's key performance indicators (KPI).
