How we work
To move “beyond intent” we work in tandem with our clients and all inputs are customised. Depending on the needs, we perform analysis (such as global risk analysis, sustainability due diligence, double materiality assessments) provide capacity building and coach managements in sustainable business planning. To increase quality and efficiency in our clients’ operations, we have developed some tools. With our tools, Beyond CSRD and CBI Index, and with solid in-house experience, we have a full-service portfolio that extends beyond traditional frameworks and creates conducive conditions for collaboration between new players.
CSRD will become a Swedish legal requirement on January 1, 2025. Beyond CSRD significantly shortens the path to the company's sustainability report. The tool is data-driven, comprehensive, resource efficient, and provides a concrete compliance overview supporting the Annual Report.
The Consilio Beyond Intent Index (CBI) captures and focuses on important national risks in the areas of geopolitics, macroeconomics, sustainability and bilateral relations.
Beyond Intent collaborates with the unique Swedish education platform Binogi.com. Our goal is to introduce Binogi in developing countries and emerging economies by offering a sustainable, socially oriented, and profitable business model.
Capacity Building and Training
In order for companies to successfully start navigating the sustainability landscape and working with sustainability and CSRD, a broad understanding of the area and legislation is necessary. Therefore we tailor educations and trainings for companies’ needs and interests, such as risk analysis, double materiality assessment, strategy and branding.
