BI has supported the global evaluation of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation’s organisation reform of 2008 REO and management system. The support has included both stakeholder dialogue facilitation and staff surveys.

Over the course of six months, BI has provided support to SPM Consultants for the independent evaluation of SDC’s Results-Based Management (RBM) with a Focus on Poverty Reduction. The assignment has included the development and execution of two major staff surveys, and facilitation of e-Discussions with SDC HQ and field staff.

The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) is an office-level agency in the federal administration of Switzerland, and a part of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs. Together with other federal offices, SDC is responsible for overall coordination of Swiss international development activities and cooperation, as well as humanitarian aid.
